Express and debit cards.

Insurance
Most insurance plans are accepted.
We are proud members of Delta Dental, MetLife,
Empire, Aetna, United Concordia, Fortis, and Cigna.
How does
it work?
First, congratulations! Your dental insurance plan enables you
to choose your own dentist. By choosing your own dentist, your
plan provides you with the opportunity to seek dental treatment
at an office with the philosophy of caring and excellence that
you expect, and that is located near your home or business,
which can save you time and money. In addition, your dental
plan allows you to decide whatever treatment you believe is
necessary for you to maintain a healthy smile without a referral.
We are proud and pleased that our patients base their decisions
about their dental health on what is medically necessary and
their own desires, not on what the insurance will pay or not
pay! |

maximum benefits. Our insurance department will happily assist our
patients in preparing the necessary forms for this important benefit.
Patients are reminded that their policy is an agreement between

estimated coverage and patients need to realize they will always
be responsible for their total obligation should their insurance
benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.
